Great addition for my old Jeep. Quick easy install that makes your dash tray actually usable without the worry of things rolling out when you hit a bump. I ordered this one after trying a different brand that had a built in phone holder that I didn't like and this is way better quality. This is built very sturdy and fits just right. This item doesn't come with mounting hardware so you will need a couple of screws. There are heating ducts that run right below the tray so I would not recommend using self tapping screws as some of the other manufacturers recommend or you will puncture these ducts. I popped off the bezel and used 5/8 screws with nylock nuts and it fits perfectly without damaging the duct work.

Good quality. As you know the TJ is already limited on storage so this is a great little catch all. Easy to install and fits perfect.

I ordered this to use as the base for custom phone mount I was building for my 97’ Jeep TJ. It’s a solid tray/mount, but requires you to drill two holes in the top of the dashboard. This tray mounts via two bolts/screws into the dashboard. The hardware is not included. I drilled the holes through the dash panel, then attached it with two hex cap bolts, using a washer/nut on the underside. The finished product is solid, and easy supports the phone mount I attached to it.
