Does exactly what I want it to do
Bought the board to add to an arduino nano GRBL board for my CNC plasma machine… it works what more could you ask for..

Loses one star as the terminal blocks are fiddly
The terminal blocks have a weird flap on and is can be really difficult to get even a thin wire in. Not sure why they couldn't just make them normal plain screws. That said, they work fine and have choice of NC/NO like every other relay in the world. I was activating these 5v relays using 5v from an arduino or using 3xAAA batteries. No problems either way. Bought from amazon as I needed them the next day and couldn't wait 38 days to get them delivered from you know who.

Poor quality
Failed in 10 minutes

Low quality but they do the job, first one failed within 10 minutes
These modules while great in some respects, they are cheap and so as expected the first module I used failed within minutes. But at this price I am not too worried so long as the bulk of the 4 work for a relatively long time

It's not even isolated correctly
Seriously, don't bother with this if you're going to be driving noisy signals. The main reason for using an optocoupler is to control another circuit without any of the power rails being connected, using light to allow power to flow through a circuit so you can keep your lines clean. I was planning to drive some heavy loads with this some dirty noise, yet the noise from having a connected ground plane messed up my serial comms and caused me hours of troubleshooting to find the issue, which shouldn't have been a problem if this were truly isolated. Waste of money and time.

The terminal screw blocks are of poor quality
The terminal blocks are of bad quality, it is hard to get wires in and then to screw them down. It is a shame because the rest of it works well. The problem with the terminal blocks is two fold: - that they are very hard to unscrew, the screw metal is so soft the screw head gets damaged - that the terminal mechanism that clamps down on to the wire is the worst I have ever come across, the clamping down part can be made to work by jamming in a screw driver and bending the metal clamp part down, but it is a dirty bodge to fix.

Das Modul ist bei mir im PC zur Steuerung einer geschalteten Kaltgerätebuchse im Einsatz. Dafür zumindest ist es voll und ganz geeignet.
