The wrong size and it has a US plug. Converting voltage from US item to UK (especially when its a heating device) can only be done safely with a voltage converter (given the UK uses almost double voltage) not just an adaptor therefore under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 this item is not fit for purpose. Don't waste your time and money. I've reported this to Amazon who I hope will act on this.

I already have a clamp heatpress but the Cricut press is so easy to use and mobile so it can be taken away and used anywhere. The app is also easy to use with it

Cheaper on here but overlooked that it had an eu plug. So ended up being same price if I had bought elsewhere as I ended up having to buy an adapter. Easy to use. Much easier than using iron for heat transfer crafts. Bit heavy but that’s to be expected I guess.
