Great Customer Support
One of the cords on the inside had become loose and snapped so I had contacted customer service. They were very quick and even sent me a replacement board! Very nice budget board.

No software/firmware
I cannot get any response from support. There is no software or firmware that I can find so I can customize the keys on this keyboard. About to just return it.

i want a refund
it is cheap it is terrible and I want a refund first of all the software contains a virus like what are you doing you are seriously trying to give me a virus second off this might just be my problem but when I unboxed it and I put in my switches and key caps I tried to test it right no the test went extremely terribly wrong actually I try to use my wasd and I find out it is map to my aero keys so I try my aero keys and they are mapped to my wasd I have been scammed and I want a refund

Keys don’t work
It’s a good looking keyboard however multiple keys don’t work. I’ve tried multiple switches and there’s still dead spots

Keyboard that takes up 10% of your diskspace and has a virus in it's driver software
Firstly, this doesn't come with keyswitches or keycaps. No problem, but it DOES come with viruses. I'm not even joking, if you search up 'Epomaker skyline 75 software virus', you'll find articles and accounts of users who have confirmed that this board comes with software that slows your computer down and installs viruses on it. Don't know why they would, my guess is they're probably mining bitcoin off your machine! lmao
