I bringing my microwave 110 volts to the Philippines but voltage in there is 220 can I use this ?

This item doesn't take a charge like a battery. You plug it into the wall and then you plug your hair dryer, iron or computer (etc) into it. This converts the electricity coming out of the wall socket to accommodate "American" appliances when you are out of the U.S.  It will convert in the opposite direction. If you are from a foreign country, your appliances won't work in the USA without this conversion adaptor. Hope this helps
