This magnesium supplement is the best I have ever used. My personal trainer recommended it to me and I would purchase through her company. I really like this magnesium complex brand it helps me stay asleep all night, when I don’t take it I’ll wake up a couple of times at night. I took a star because it takes forever to arrive.

It used to be so easy for me to wake up to the slightest of noises in the night, and then stay awake for hours because of chatter brain. This Mg has changed all that!
