Luz AMPK Activator

I purchased AMPK activator mainly for the berberine content. The ALA was a plus, but I don't care as much about the other two ingredients (gynostemma and resveratrol). Either way, I'm happy with my purchase. I bought a bottle of this supplement about a year ago and finished it but didn't try it again until almost six months later. I noticed when I finished the second bottle that the effect (more energy) was noticeable after about the third or fourth week both times. I missed several doses so it took me longer to finish the bottles than if I had taken all the doses on time.Also, at first I was taking the supplement after meals. Then I switched to taking them 20 to 30 minutes before meals since I saw that other supplements are said to be more effective that way. That might also have something to do with why I started to feel the effects after several weeks instead of right away.I didn't get extreme energy, btw. It was noticeable but not bouncing-off-the-walls energy. Which is good because I don't want to get all tense and jittery. I'm hoping to find out at my next health screening if my body has responded with lower blood sugar, blood pressure, and/or cholesterol. (Will post an update when I find out). Until then, I'm enjoying the increased energy.Anyway, I recommend. Just need to give it time and find the sweet spot for how and when you take it.***UPDATE***I got my annual screening done about a week ago and the results were interesting. My blood glucose was in the healthy range but it was slightly higher than it was about 8 months ago. Same with blood pressure. There was a major improvement in my cholesterol. I was actually really happy to see those results. I was expecting glucose and blood pressure to be really high because I have been under a massive amount of stress over the last several weeks and I have been eating a lot of processed carbs, but they were only elevated slightly. I wouldn't expect cholesterol to get worse so quickly after only a couple weeks of stress so it makes sense to me that it was clearly improved. I'm genuinely happy with the screening results compared to where I thought they would be otherwise. I'm pretty confident that the numbers would be way worse if I hadn't been taking ampk activator over the last month so my original rating stands.

In my opinion this is one of the better AmpK activators on the market. It has great value, and its effective for all the things you would expect of a product in this category. Blood sugar, weight, energy, etc...I personally use it intermittently but I would imagine if you were trying to lose a lot of weight and optimize your blood sugar levels this would be quite potent at the full dose used regularly. That's my opinion from my experience anyway

I tried it for 30 days trying to reduce visceral (deep) belly fat. I saw no difference or difference in energy or weight. The tape measure around my belly remained stubbornly the same. I suppose if you really want to try something like this, you may be better off just getting the more expensive Active-PK pills on their website since they offer a 90 day money back guarantee if you don't get any results like I did. Although Amazon did allow me to return this product for a refund (perhaps due to the extended holiday return policy) even after the 30 days of using the product.

I’ve tried Dieting and lost weight but it’s has become difficult to lose stomach fat in your 50s.by third week I’m seeing results still on the fence I’m going to order more I do wish if the prices was more reasonable so I can more than one at time

First week of taking this and I’ve definitely lost some bloat and feel more energetic. This isn’t a magic pill. It wont just wave a wand and your fat goes away. I’m putting work in. Exercise and caloric deficit. It’s a plus to what I’m already doing. It’s helping my body break down stored energy, which only works if your burning more than you take in.
