Además tengo una enfermedad auto inmune en remisión por lo tanto debo hacer todo lo posible para mantener el intestino reparado, lo cual es la promesa de este zinc. Es un poco costoso pero lo voy a usar por un tiempo más largo y notar algún efecto. Como pueden ver en la foto, la cápsula es bastante pequeña y fácil de tragar.
