Love this coconut oil!! Very good for skin and i also use it to oil my chopping boards. The only downside is the price. Its very expensive.

To be frank, I have no idea. The item seems good. I am using it. For some reason, this MCT oil is used on a chopping board, but it says do not consume. Not sure why.
