All that really needs to be said is WOW, buy it! This steam cleaner is amazing; it is extremely effective and easy to use. It even got rid of old tile and grout grime that NOTHING else worked on. It takes less effort than anything else I've used and is reasonably priced. I don't know if more expensive units are better, but this is perfect for my needs. It runs pretty long before needing to refill and you can refill on the go and keep going. The cord is plenty long. The only challenge is changing nozzles while it is hot, if needed, but it's a minor thing to manage. This thing is changing my entire cleaning routine!

This is an amazing one tool solves many cleaning needs. Very easy to use. Light weight which is super important for me. If you are looking for value and easy to maneuver this is definitely the steam mop you really need. Many tools. And no chemicals are needed to get your house clean. Leaves my house smelling fresh. Definitely recommend this product.

I liked it because it is light and easy to use. Clean the floors well and heat up quickly, which saves time. The design is comfortable and allows you to reach different areas without problem. Good option for daily cleaning.

Ohhhhhh yeahhhhh! I needed this! I caught this on sale and I was glad I did. It works well. It was easy to use, it heated up quickly and produced a decent amount of steam. The cord allowed for a good reach too. The mop comes with two reusable pads, but there’s also an option to purchase more of those or some disposable ones that I’ve also included in the pictures. There’s also multiple great attachments to help clean tough to reach areas. It leaves your home smelling fresh and sanitized. The only 2 downsides for me were, 1. It’s a bit annoying/confusing trying to get it on and off. 2. The steam power. Though it was good for 95% of what I needed it just wasn’t hot enough to really melt the grease grime that was stuck on the cabinet over my stove. My house is fairly new having one owner before me. They unfortunately were slobs and seemingly never did an ounce of deep cleaning in the 4yrs after they had the house built. I’ve tried everything and I thought this would do the final trick. Unfortunately it didn’t but it did work wonders for everywhere else and I’m still happy with the purchase.

We bought a resale home with tile flooring not realizing that dark and dirty grout doesn't clean up easily. I spent well over a day sitting on the floor with a toothbrush hand scrubbing the kitchen floor grout. My entire first floor needed to be done and so it was either that, hire a company and pay out the wazoo or find another way to clean the floors and maintain them so they never get like that again. My daughter recommended this to me because she loves hers. I am so glad I purchased it because it has saved me hours and money! I used the grout brush along with a solution I made up consisting of 2 parts isopropyl alcohol, 1 part Dawn dish soap and 4 parts water. I sprayed that on the grout and worked in 6 foot sections. I was amazed at how easily it cleanup up and not having to get down on the floor was a huge bonus. The unit was easy to set up, heated up within seconds and provided a substantial and very effective amount of steam. Considering the amount of floor I had to cover, I did think the water reservoir could stand to be a lot bigger, but then the unit wouldn't be as light to maneuver so it was something for me, where the benefit outweighed any negative. When I was done with the grout I went over the entire floor with the mop pad. I swear my floors are so shiny and clean that they look brand new. You could literally eat off the floor...it's that good! I had to contact customer service for a question and they got back to me immediately and were over the top courteous and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. I can honestly say, (Note: I am not being paid for this review and this product was not given to me), I am very impressed and would recommend this steamer!

This thing works great, heats up fast... the first time i heated it up it was making little mechanical clicking noises, lights were on but no steam. I waited a long time, several minutes, tried turning it off and on etc... finally i noticed the problem, and could easily have missed it. inside the water canister is a floppy hose with a weight on it to drop it to the lowest point in the canister... (no matter which way you turn the thing, the hose goes to the lowest point) the HOSE was doubled back on itself, folded in half and thus not sucking water. i ALMOST gave up and put it back in the bow to return! I used a chopstick to flop it out straight, steam came right away! steam mopped the floor in no time, worked great. I then attached the short attachments to use the sponge on the baseboards in the kitchen, cleaned them up easily and quickly. BUT, after awhile, the hotaccumulated water coming off the sponge in streaks as i wiped surfaces turned WHITE. i thought that strange, but figured i'd wipe that up once the grime was loosened up. the SPONGE came loose from the plastic base, the glue (the white substance) apparently couldn't handle the heat and came apart.... that's disappointing, I've only just got the thing yesterday and used it the one time... I'll keep the device, and i'lldry out the sponge and try to superglue it back on tomorrow... DECENT product for the money... (the window squeegee tool works GREAT)

Game changer !!! Absolutely love my steamer , makes me want to clean everything!! Gives Lots of steam power and it’s so lightweight great for everyday use. Customer service was fast and reliable.

Works great on grout with very little effort. None of the attachments work very well on soap scum. Warms up super fast.

Quality seemed good, but the device tripped the home power as it is rated for 120V as per the device and not 240V as mentioned in the advert. Did not try using a converter. It is however rated at 1200W so if you need a converter, be careful to select the correct power

Knocking 2 stars off bc after 2 years the plastic connection to the pink metal frame is busted. ** Updating my review because I have since re purchased this steam mop and still love it. No issue so far and after my first review the level of customer service and immediate response received was awesome. Definitely recommend this steam mop as it has attachments for everything. Cleans my vinyl plank floors super well as well as my tile and glass shower. Light weight, heats up fast easy to use.
