I'm already a fan of Evolve, regularly using their Rainforest Rescue serum for my acne-prone skin. I like that they only use clean ingredients, and the products are handmade in small batches. This formula contains tuberose extract, an excellent moisturizer. However one of the star ingredients here is the konjac root extract, which contains glucomannan. Glucomannan is a prebiotic that basically "feeds" the natural microbiome of skin- resulting in happy skin and a glow! Similar to hyaluronic acid, glucomannan also expands when it comes into contact with water, which helps reduce the appearance of fine lines. Of course, hyaluronic acid is also a great hydrator, but use with this knowledge- a hydrator is different from a moisturizer. Hyaluronic acid is a humectant, which means it draws moisture to itself. If you're in a dry environment, it's going to get that moisture FROM YOUR SKIN- drying your skin out. So, if you're in a dry climate, make sure to pair this with an extra moisturizer if the aloe and glycerin aren't enough. The formula also contains cucumber extract, so no need to place veggie slices on your eyes...lol. Pardon my odd look, but in the pic I'm trying to see what I'm doing while at the same time snap a pic... I'm 47, haven't had any surgeries or injections for my eye area, the pic is unfiltered, and taken a few minutes after using the Evolve Hyaluronic Eye Complex. I should also note that since the bottle is small and has a rollerball, I can stash it in my handbag, and reapply throughout the day, no mess! Oh yeah, and the price is AMAZING for what you get!

This hyaluronic eye complex is described as a gel, but it's quite thin. It absorbs well under my eyes, and makes my skin feels less tight and dry. The roller ball is very soothing and helps with puffiness in the morning. The roller ball doesn't tug on my skin, so I'm able to apply it directly under the eyes. This has no scent, which I appreciate, especially for an eye product. Made in England
