I have such an issue when seasons change from winter to spring and summer to fall with my hands, feet, elbows, and knees. This cream is so nice. It moisturizes your skin while not being greasy. It also has a very neutral/light pleasant smell, unlike most other urea based cream and lotion.

Something that finally worked!!! I've been struggling for a few years to heal the cracks on my heels and I had tried so many different products and remedies and nothing truly worked to HEAL! I went to a podiatrist who prescribed Urea 40% cream. I didn't want to wait for the pharmacy and insurance so I came to Amazon and read lots of reviews and ultimately landed on this product and boy I'm so glad I did! I used this nightly for the first week, then every other night for about a week and now I use it maybe twice a week for maintaining the softness andnuse regularlotion in between as well as my normal scrubbing of my heels after a bath or shower etc. The urea cream can be irritating to skin that isn't thick if used for prolonged periods of time so try to focus on just the thick calluses on your feet/elbows/knees etc to avoid that. To really lock in the moisture and intensify the effectiveness, I used this cream along with those spa socks that have gel lined heels which really seems to help too. It is very lightweight, non-greasy, no scent and it just what the doctor ordered! There is 6 weeks between my two (embarrassing) pictures, but I noticed forward moving improvement right away

This product is actually working! It is so smooth and has made my feet feel so much better. If you have cracked heals that seem to always be cracked. Try this product. I am hoping it works for you too! I will be buying it again!

I love this cream! I don't have the worst case of dead skin on my feet, but my big toe and my 4th metatarsals (I think they're called; the ball of skin under the pinky toe) get thick calluses and white dead skin. I have been using this cream consistently for a few weeks and those areas have felt softer to the touch and I haven't seen any white dead skin. Giving this 4 stars because my skin still feels firm in those areas and I have not yet gotten to a new layer, but I have read that it could take more time based on severity of the skin

I bought this with low expectations and worried that it would smell of urea. Both were unfounded, it works surprisingly well, and there's no smell. It absorbs quickly into your skin & helps heal cracks in my heels. This happens every winter, and this stuff is helping to minimize it.

The best for my dry heels would buy it again made my heels so nice and smooth in just a couple of weeks.

I was really hoping this would work for my dry skin but it didn’t help. Seems like it would help others though so I say it’s worth a try. It is pricey and comes in a smaller container. It does go a long way with just a little bit of lotion. It’s an easy to use and doesn’t have a strong smell. It’s not sticky either and the skin feels nice after.

Great for cracks around heels! Worked great!
