Clementoni- NASA Floating Shuttle Space Toy: Educational, Self Build Science Kit, With 220+ Interchangeable Components(8 Years +)

Great fun putting it together with nice precise parts, solidly fitting and once completed looks really good. It’s excellent value and the best toy I have bought for my 8 year old’s birthday. It would also be suitable for older children and adults as the challenge putting it together was just right for max enjoyment and sense of achievement. A rare find.

I bought it as a gift for my nephew

This was a present for 7 year old grandson. It wasva good price, harder to put together than lego and I imagine a lot if conversation occurred with his dad about air and space vehicles.

I was struck by the quality of the parts compared to other types of construction toy The S. T. E. M aspect is brilliant and a very clever 4 and 3/4 year old absolutely loved creating the shuttle with grandad. It states its for 8yrs + but our grandson, who excels in building with instructions, grasped the method quickly and made this quite quickly. I would say that younger children with the ability to build and follow pictorial rules can do this. I ordered 2 more clementoni science museum builds immediately after seeing how much grandson enjoyed making this. Excellent product.

Very good value for £12.99. All parts present (plus some left over once model assembled!). Spent half day constructing model following instructions in booklet (which are clear and easy to follow). A few points to note (which is why I have deducted 1 star). 1. Instructions say to apply decals at the end after model constructed, BUT much easier to apply as you construct. 2. The opening cargo doors and arm are superfluous as the arm doesn't stay extended and throws off balance 3. Stand is over engineered in 2 parts and model once attached is held 'floating' by just 3 pieces of string but any vibration causes the model to tip over to the side! Would be much better if the stand were solid/fixed. I may have to see if I can rebuild the stand as a solid/fixed stand.

My son loved this finished it almost as soon as he got it with a little help and had a great time

Nice little project with my Grandson, easy to follow instructions, good quality considering the price.

Highly recommend great product would buy again
