This flashlight has 4 LEDs that are very bright...and put out a square beam. Yes. Square beam. But, that's OK. For me, personally, the lanyard is useless. Others may find it very useful and it is of good quality. The flashlight is quite exceptional, solid and well machined, and I highly recommend it. I'll use it around the house, out camping, and when I'm "traveling" on my Kawasaki KLR650 TRAVELER. The sole reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the rubber cover for the charge port. It is attached to the flashlight by a very thin piece of rubber. That will certainly wear out and the charge port cover will be lost or not attaching adequately rendering the charge port susceptible to dust, dirt, or moisture. I think a waterproof screw-down cap of some sort could be engineered into the unit... somehow, that would match the very high quality and durability of the flashlight. I previously bought a Cabella's LED flashlight that had a similar problem. The charge port cover came off,, got lost, and I threw the flashlight away. I hope this company figures out how to get 5 stars! Except for that charge port cover, the flashlight itself is a rock solid 5.

An excellent flashlight. I bought it to replace a 5+ year-old rechargeable (different brand) that hasn't been holding battery charge very well recently. This is a hefty flashlight--I didn't pay attention to the weight or I'd have probably gone lighter--you could almost use this as a truncheon. The light is the most powerful I've ever had in a flashlight and is easily adjustable from a narrow beam to a room-illuminating width. I saw one person write the beam is square--not mine, it's round as can be. Battery life seems good. Only really negative thing I might say is there's no lock on the beam adjustment ring so probably easy to bump it and alter the beam if you're poking around a lot of tight spaces. Great product for the price.

it has a pretty decent weighted casing and the light is fairly bright. That’s where the positives end. The the lens half of the flashlight is not threaded on it’s like a press fit with an oring and the adjustablility goes from a circle to a raw square outlive of very inexpensive led panels. After about 2 weeks of having it and not really running into a Need to use it yet I had tried it in the bedroom just to see if o was going to keep it or not. I should have tested just a tiny bit harder. The batter side ice the aluminum cylinder unscrews only to leave you with approximately 20-22 gauge wires all spun up where the connect to the battery. But wait that is t what killed it. For some reason the power button which give the tactile illusion of being a decent part is just barely floating in the case. I started to realize if you bumped the light while it was on the less would go out completely and it just would remain functional. I tried to check it out im an electrician as well as a software and hardware engineer so this is literally like baby’s play. There is virtually no way a consumer can fix this on their own and it isn’t worth paying anyone I will see if I can add pics whe. I get back inside. If you read this before you buy it DONT! If you read this within the return period send it back asap. There is a legit reason why streamlight and other name brand companies have the reputations they have.

Rather powerful. Able to illuminate 2 football fields & has a wider focus too. I'm impressed especially for the great price.

I have no complaint about the performance but i am not able to recharge this even the 2nd time after the first charge! The first charge still lasts even after a year but I am unable to charge it again! I like to ask the vendor if they can replace it with new one please??
