This product doesnt work like I expected it didnt even help

Made back hurt worse than it did before

Accurate description of what it’s used for. However it did not work at all I did everything correctly and all it was was painful with the rivets on the back tried with it then thin blanket to help and nothing would work

Even the highest level did not crack my back. Waste of money.
