Recommned this after suffering recurrent water issues after having my son not had one from using it on take one a day:)

These are easy to take and flavourless. 120 capsules sounds a lot but the recommend dose is 4 a day. I'd be tempted to take just 1 a day but boost the dosage on the onset of symptoms. Difficult to monitor results but all-natural and vegan ingredients are promising.

About the product Thanks to the active ingredient in the preparation, it is very good for treating urinary tract problems. D-Mannose and nettle have a cleansing effect. This really covers all the things that could be driving bladder infections or sensitivities. I have a sensitivity that has been around a long time but not test shows infection though it acts like it. I stay on a combination of Primarily D-mannose which really helps keep the bladder clear of infection and then cranberry which stops microbes from sticking to the badder wall.s This contains both in high quality organic and grapefruit seed extract which is another important one for getting rid of bacteria ,and yeasts and keeping the health of bladder and all the body in good form. I have not used Bear berry extract before but it is , I think, related to cranberry and is known for its anti-microbial and cell health properties . The nettle extract is to help take down inflammation which is huge part of the pain of Cystitis and any bladder irritation. I has an number of excellent poly phenols which really function as major anti oxidants and fight infection and inflammation. So this is a great formula.. maybe the best bladder formula I have seen. I do not like vegan capsules but people demand them to day so that is how it has to be. I know people do like 4 a day but the truth is you can not get the necessary things into a small dose.. so 4 it has to be. I am impressed with this make and this product . I have not had it long enough to say what it does for me( as I need to review it now, but , as I said, I am impressed and think it is going to be great I have a lot of experience with such things . I will post later as I always do when it has had time to do it s work.

I obtained this product for my mother who has had many bouts of bladder and urinary tract issues. The basic problem she is constantly on anti-biotics and she refuses to take Pre and Pro Biotic to balance her gut flora. This then leads to further infections and issues. I was hoping that this strong combination would help her, but it made very little difference. In theory D Manose, plus cranberry and grapefruit should have helped, but as she is so into her anti-biotics, it made very little difference. So if you have mild issues with the bladder and urinary tract, this may help, otherwise, you may be wasting your time.

I had been suffering from cystitis for about a week when I ordered these capsules and they cleared it up in a matter of days. You get 120 capsules in the jar and you have to take 4 per day. The dosage is a little confusing as the directions state to ‘Take 4 capsules daily with sufficient food and liquid.’ so I interpreted this as taking 4 capsules at the same time (otherwise it would have said take 1 tablet 4 times per day). The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave a bad taste in the mouth. I felt better after 2 days of taking these magical capsules and by day 4, the cystitis had gone. Whether it had run its course or the tablets worked, I can’t say for sure but I’m not willing to take my chances again so I’ll be taking more of these capsules at the first signs of infection. They’re quite expensive, priced at £20.90 (at the time of review), however, in the midst of a raging urine infection, I’d have willingly paid a lot more for such speedy relief. Cysti-Aid is an absolute lifesaver - it certainly gave me my life back.

If I get through the full month without any cystitis or UTIs, I will be buying again.
