True Orange Shaker, Ginge, 2.47 oz

Delicious! The orange and ginger makes it easier to drink water (hot or cold). I like that there is no salt in this product. I am able to enjoy it without needing it to be sweetened, either. It is easy to dispense using the shaker top. I haven't used it yet in cooking but expect that it would work well with pork. I did add it to my coffee one morning. The orange tasted good but ginger and coffee wasn't appealing. Very pleased with this flavor-combination! It seems a little pricey but let me see how long the shaker lasts me. I will likely buy again anyway.

I had discovered the Topo Chico Mandarin Ginger sparkling waters and lived them except for the price, $8.00 per 8 pack on sale i can find them for $5.00. Then I came across the packs of True Lemon and from there this Orange Ginger. I have used it in plain water, sparkling water, tea, cocktails, and much more. It has no preservaties, artificial sweeteners or some nasty chemical after taste which I am quite picky about.

I like the orange flavoring from this shaker bottle, and I would really like it if they made it in the 10 oz size like the lemon and lime.

This is a great tasting blend, but honestly not as potent as the True Lime I'm used to. We used this to make an orange cake this weekend, and honestly it took about 1/2 the container to achieve a similar level of intensity of flavor and even then it missed the mark on intensity. The flavor is there for sure, but not as "in yo face!" as true lime, which is what I was hoping for. Still, the flavor is excellent. The ginger is honestly pretty subtle. There's not ginger heat at all, but you can tell it's there as a supporting flavor. Overall this is great to cook with, but just not as potent as the lime variation of the same brand.

I have been using this product for quite a few years--wish I'd found it sooner. I use it in sooo many things. It's great for making spiced tea mix. My husband has bad sinus allergies, so I often add this to steaming water and throw in a cough drop and it's very soothing. I use it with meats--love the flavor and citrus helps tendorize. Recently I even made an icebox pie and added it to the my condensed milk filling to give it more tartness. I also like other flavors and the packets are great to add with water for a refreshing hint of flavor.
