Could be bigger but works great!
Strap is long enough, soft and very sturdy Velcro. Pillow itself could be a bit bigger But otherwise just what we needed. Soft to the skin, not irritating and the Velcro is PLENTY strong enough to hold!!!

NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES, VERY CHEAP
I was stunned when I opened the package and realized that what was sold to me is not what I received. It is a cheap piece of ill-fitting memory foam encased in a piece of fabric that feels and is the same as if it were grandma's nylon stocking. TOTAL CRAP. Avoid if you can

Do not buy if for a bed bound patient
Even though we move our daughter all day long at night was the issue with her legs being to close together, sometime pillows didn't even work...and this was a waste of money. I'm sure it is good for people that somewhat know what is going on but not patients that are not aware

Keep leg straight
Bought for mom after hip surgery to keep leg straight. Worked well while sitting and lying down

The abductor wedge was not strong enough to keep knees separated

Didn't workout for my father-in-law
This was recommended by my father-in-law's physical therapist. He has Alzheimer's and this wasn't comfortable enough for him to wear so he just kept taking it off.
