Project Management: A Systems Approach to Planning, Scheduling, and Controlling 12th Edition

Amazing book with so much information on what is required for managing projects. I like the way the information provided and how they are linked to the PMBOK guide which is very important for those who would like to take the PMBOK exam. The book is well written (easy to understand and follow). I like the examples, tips, exercises, illustrations, tables, etc. One very good thing about this book is that it gives a lot of case studies which is one of the best ways to learning. This is a book that must have for those who needs to understand the basic and more about Projects management and about being a Project Manager. In fact, I would recommend to read (and even study it) this book before you take or given the responsibility to manage projects.

Not much else to say. The book is great and provides some practical information for applying the concepts of project management.

Kerzner's textbook is an excellent, fairly well-written book, following the standard SQRRR method. The coverage is much more in-depth than the 6th edition PMBOK, which is part of the same course for me. It is a lot of material for someone who has never had any formal project management training, but the information I will be using for a long time to come in my work as a project manager.

This book offers further insights into the world of project management tools and techniques and augments the PMBOK concepts with some practical and useful information about their application through the knowledge of an experienced professional.

I am a graduate student and am always trying to keep costs down. With Amazon's rental program this book became very affordable. The book is great for entry level experience in the Project Management field.

This book could win an award for the most boring and dry book ever, of all time. I've literally fallen asleep reading this thing.
