A lovely everyday bag. I was looking to replace a very old backpack as the front pocket zip had broken. It was really hard to find one that had the capacity I wanted in the right format, as I really wanted to have 2 separate small front pockets. This wasn’t quite what I was looking for but I got desperate and this was a good price with good reviews. I’m glad I got it as it’s a comfy bag with a good amount of space, it has a little piece of Velcro inside that you can attach you keys to, which has solved my front pocket issue as I wanted to be able to store both sunglasses and keys in easy to reach places, but not the same one so my sunglasses don’t get damaged (this bag has one quite large front pocket accessed by a vertical zip). There are also 2 bottle pockets, and a chest strap, making days out whilst carting all the kids’ stuff about easier! Definitely buy this bag if you want a comfy bag with a good amount of capacity

I bought this product as I was looking for a daily hiking backpack, which was lightweight, not too big (25L is perfect for this) and also had all the features that I was looking for. The backpack itself is very well made and durable. Granted, It has already been on numerous hikes and doesn't appear to have any damage or issues in quality so far! As for features, It has a number of different pockets inside the bag, which are perfect for separating different items for quick access, and also has pockets on either side to store water bottles etc. It also has a H20 port which allows you to store a water camel pack inside and have continuous access to water whilst on long walks/hikes. The support strap is more than enough for the size of the bag, and is comfortable enough when hiking. The backpack also has good, breathable padding on the back and so far hasn't been uncomfortable whilst wearing for long periods. Overall, it has been really good for the price and was exactly what I was looking for! (£30 at time of review)

Replaced the zipper pulls (very thin cord that wasn't very visible (black bag) with something more usable. Otherwise fine.

Needed a new day travel bag with a decent load capacity for coats books, cameras etc. but compact enough to put on the luggage rack of a coach, or train. Initially I considered the Lowe Alpine Edge 26, having had many years use from an older model Edge 22Xl for day hiking, which shows no signs of ever wearing out. However I was not keen on the unneeded padded laptop pocket taking up space, so went for this 24/7 25 based on the reviews and photos showing the inside layout, which Berghaus seem remiss in not doing. On first impressions it appears well made and overall well designed with a number of useful internal pockets, though maybe the back padding could have been a little more generous and for traveling at least, the front pocket would have been more secure with a top fastener rather than on the side, though these are only minor points. Oh and the Navy Blue makes a refreshing change, while still being dark enough not to show marks from daily use. Hopefully it will prove as robust as my old 22XL but only time will tell.

This is the third backpack of this style. We bought them for our son when he went to secondary school and now college. I wouldnt go less than 25l because it's a squeeze to get your butty box, 1litre water bottle and books into anything smaller. The bungee clips tend to ping off over time but we are talking about rough handling by a teenage boy who thinks nothing about lobbing his back here there and everywhere. I am sure if you look after it the bag would last you for several years without looking too worn.

Great day sack for work,holiday,shopping etc. There are much more sturdy sacks out there but then you will have to pay a lot more money. This is the 5th Berghaus 24/7 i have bought.
