It is well made havent had no issues with it no paint peeling or scratchs and i have been driving gravel roads for months now and have gotten a bunch of car washes.

I bought this not only for the American beauty, but for that something special for my truck when not using the hitch. Great color and durability. This thing has no rattle to it, and fit great. Good value for the money!

Good quality nice addition to your vehicle

This is a neat way to fill in the square hole on your hitch. The black finish looks great with the black accents on our truck. The flag image is really well done with the matt and gloss finishes. It's the small details like this that make our truck look so good.

Great item. Looks great on my F150. Deducted a star cause the item only came with four O rings which were not enough to keep the bar from moving back and forth. Should have come with a few more or at least a plastic spacer.

I really loved the look of this for my new truck. However, today someone hit me from behind and crushed my nice hitch cover!!!🤯 I purchased this in November of 2023 and had never needed to remove it. Well today was the day! 9 months later. On Amazon I go, getting ready to purchase a brand new replacement…. However, while attempting to remove the old one, the lock didn’t open! Bummer! No problem. WD40 to the rescue! After several minutes of tugging, EUREKA! It opened… After finally getting the lock to disengage, now the pin would not release. Out comes the hammer and screwdriver! Several minutes of banging later, it finally came off!!! Moral of the story. Looks great, but with flaws! Scared to purchase the new cover because the lock was a 🤬 to get off!

Seeing the reviews on other reviews on this item saying it’s great…. WRONG! This item is made of plastic. Not metal. I purchased it for the locking pin, which is black as well, however I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the cover. As I said, it’s plastic. No weight to it AT ALL. I can understand why it comes with the locking pin. It will not blow away? The pin is heavy duty. The flag is made of tin and glued onto the plastic hitch receiver. I purchased another prior to this (all black) where it said and shows the picture of it all being black, however the pin itself is chrome. My SUV is all blacked out and the chrome just sticks out like a sour thumb. That other was very heavy, as it should be and I paid less for it. I will purchase that one again and just paint the pin black. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIE ITEM.

Very well made and sturdy. I had it on my truck until I was rear ended in Miami Beach. Even then with it taking most of the impact the emblem mostly stayed on..
