These brackets are of a good sturdy durable weight. Super easy to install. The look and fit is perfect... They are an awesome value for the low price they were.

I purchased this for a barn door style garage door lock. They seem very well constructed with 1 major flaw. The screws that come with them are absolutely horrible. You MUST pre-drill the holes if you are planning on using the supplied screws. They are cross tip aka Phillips head and strip VERY easy. The rest of the product is good. Fits a dried 2x4 snug. Will not work with green lumbar has locking holes for grenade style pins. I can't give a 5 star rating due to the screws. I would recommend using lag bolts instead of screws if this is for outdoor use. But #10 decking screws will work also.
