As long as your hair is long enough to double twist it while making a bun, these stay put so well. I’ve told all of my friends and coworkers to try them. I use two at a time and just twist them in perpendicular to one another. These are also great if you have a lot of tension headaches or migraines - they’ve taken a ton of the strain off of the fascia and make it so much more manageable to have my hair up.
