Taste isn’t the best but still so worth it! I add about 10 drops in 1/2 cup of cucumber Gatorade or 1 cup of chamomile tea with honey at bedtime. Helps me sleep better and helps with cramps! I take it twice a day (morning and bedtime) a week before my period and during my period.

I need to take vitamin D3 for a severe deficiency and with vitamin D you need to take vitamin k2 and magnesium for it to be effective and safe. I have had extreme fatigue and pain for years and have tried all sorts of magnesium, capsules and tablets. The fatigue and pain did not lesson, nor did my vitamin D value go up much until I started taking this magnesium with my D3-K2. The taste of this magnesium is nasty but I don’t care because it works so well for me. I just take a drink of anything flavored, tilt my head back and drop the magnesium to the back of my throat and swallow and repeat three more times. I take 400 mg of this magnesium with 5,000mg of D3 and 120 mcg of k2 daily. With these products, these symptoms have greatly improved. I am still working on getting fully better but it can take a long time of consistent use with the supplements. I hope they never stop making this magnesium as it has been a life changer for me. I know I will need magnesium and d3 + k2 for the rest of my life.

I got my father-in-law and husband on this. I wanted a clean ingredient and the daily amount needed to have its' effect. I did a lot of research and this was the best. I tried the small bottle and ordered the larger one. My father-in-law purchased it just after one day of trying. I slept better and my muscles from working it feel amazing. Highly recommend.

While I can't comment on the long term benefits of this product, I can graphically comment on the short term reaction your body may have to it. There really needs to be a giant red warning label on the bottle, explaining usage, to start with a single drop. I thought I was starting with a low dose, less than a dropper full into a large glass mineral water bottle. 12 hours later I'm still dealing with the effects. I drank the full litre of water, my wife drank half of that. Our overnight was spent alternating between explosive diarrhea and vomiting. Good times. I'm talking colonoscopy prep levels of diarrhea. I'm completely wiped out now and trying to get on with my day. You've been warned.

You know in Romeo and Juliet when he drinks the poison and she wakes up - the sheer panic on his face… i feel like i just drank a melted nickel! Immediately My whole mouth burned and I was scurrying around my room, panic looking for my phone! I almost called the cops!!! please for the love of anything holy.. DILUTE IT! Don’t try to be gangster like me. so far I’m still in shock a bit so idk if it’s doing anything yet but I’ll update in a week or 2

I’ve been using the Trace Minerals Liquid Ionic Magnesium for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed.
