They Really Work!
These booty bands are fantastic! I’ve tried the gray one, which is pretty resistant, and the pink one, which is easier to use. They’re comfortable, don’t slip, and really work… almost too well! I haven’t graduated to the black one yet because I can barely handle the gray. The pink band is great for starting out. A special shout-out to Fitness with PJ, her YouTube videos have plenty of booty band exercises, and these bands work perfectly with her routines. Whether you’re just starting or leveling up, these bands are a solid addition to your workouts.

Great price and value and very well made.
These bands are a great value. They're reasonably priced, made out of sturdy elastic, and they feel very well made. They come in three different resistances. I appreciate that I've been using them for a few months now and they still feel as sturdy as they did the first day I took them out of the package.

No rolling or pinching!
So so much better than most! The elastic ones tend to roll and pinch. A fitness instructor had these for us to use and I loved them I had to get a set of my own! Comfortable and very durable

Good replacement
I use Arena Strength booty bands which are amazing and I highly recommend. However I’m in the middle of moving and don’t have access to them currently so I bought these to use as a replacement until I can use my Arena Strength ones again. They are decent and a good deal. The light resistance definitely stretches out quite a bit after 3 or 4 workouts but that’s okay with me. I like the colors.

I really like these bands. They are very good quality and effective.

NO ROLL and great resistance
The best! I've tried the rubber bands and they fold and slide and hurt. These no way they stay in place and don't fold. The only pain you will feel is the burn it gives while you are working out. Love the different resistance, cute colors and the thickness. Would recommend to anyone begining or been working out. You won't regret them promise!
