Bought this item twice for work.Pros:Fast shippingProduct exactly as shown/describedEasy set up & works right out of the boxThe headset fits well and is comfortable.I haven't had any complaints yet on mic sound quality.Very reasonably pricedCons:So far, the only issue I have is the speaker sound quality while listening to others speak. People sound like they are in a tunnel. I'm sure if I was able to access the sound application on my work PC to adjust this it would be fine but I don't have admin privileges.I can live with the sound issue because this is only being used at work and I need it to help reduce neck pain. It has seriously helped with this.Also, you don't have to unplug it if you wish to switch between headset and the actual phone receiver. People tend to come by and use my phone when I'm not on call so that's a nice plus.

Doesn't fit 2 different model #s that it says it's compatible with. 7841 & 6945. I tried all of the "free gift" adapters. None of them worked. This is incredibly unacceptable.*update* The company reached out to me after they saw my poor rating. They messaged for details about why this particular product didn't work for my work phone & then gave me a replacement for free, (a different model) to prove that their products COULD fit my older model of phone. It work amazing now and my co-workers are jealous! Love them.

Fit is a bit big but OK.

Had a pretty bad echo but the most annoying part is the cord never straightens out. It remains in the pattern it stored / shipped, so it’s zigzagged and gets caught on everything. I’ve had this for almost two months now and the cord is STILL like this.
