Exactly as described/photo. Quality branded product, 10 X7", yes about 8-12 minutes to charge/v slight noise ,approx 1.2kg,gives intense heat on your body/safe due to fleece cover, personal opinion does give pain relief, but would say does not stay warm for up to 6 hours as stated, available in Grey/Blue/pink, Excellent Instruction Leaflet Provided.

The best hot water bottle!
I bought this for pain relief after being fed up of boiling the kettle for a hot water bottle to keep it topped up. It takes no time to charge and it is a game changer for me. It stays warm for so long as in hours! It’s comfortable and durable I’ve taken it to bed when it’s cold too and it is so safe to use I haven’t stopped sending the link to my friends it’s so good!

Electric hot water bottle
Bought as a christmas present, my recipient has now advised that it is faulty. Using it this evening it started sparking and caught fire. Fortunately it was on a table next to her and they quickly unplugged the plug from the electric socket.

It keeps the heat for a long time
It heats up really quickly and last ages. Easily manageable to put on aches and pains. Small and compact. Would recommend.

easy to use , but faulty after 3 days.
stays warm for around 3 hours but heats up incredibly quickly. Much easier and secure to use than a traditional water bottle Update , only worked for 3 days and now will not charge , was great but cannot recommend based on durability.

Fantastic and a lot safer
This is brilliant, I bought it for my elderly mother to use as her hands aren't steady. You just plug it in to get warm and its ready to go! It stays warm for hours abd Its soft and supple, it feels like the traditional hot water bottle. Fantastic

Disappointing
Worked well for just over a week then started heating on one side only instead of top and bottom sides. The temperature is very good, just right, no burns, no over heating. Shame it stopped functioning as it was meant to.

Works well and safer that a hot water bottle.
Heats up in 15 minutes. Lasts all night. Although it is small it's very much okay. Safer than a hot water bottle. Does the job. A good buy.
