I was in the middle of a job at the High end off road shop I work at. We needed a specific sized nutsert to go above an airbag for a roof rack. I saw these were small enough to work without sacrificing rigidity and strength. I ordered the product at 4pm it arrived at my doorstep the next morning at 8am so I was able to go to work with it and use it right away. The handle seems small compared to traditional nutsert tool. It still isn’t very hard to crimp the nutsert though and for things like side step or the photo I proved on a UTV frame, this tool can get literally almost anywhere and do a good job once it’s there. I’ve been on all the tool trucks, I don’t see anything close to this small and accessible of a product. Even if you only need it once every 5 years. Buying this one will let you have one of the best I’ve seen out there and the case it comes in with the selected nutserts it also comes with this kit will get ya going and keep ya going even for me In a full time professional job where we use these a lot. I haven’t even run out of of size nutserts and I believe it comes with about 8 choices.

Very straightforward design. Comes with everything you need to secure whatever you are trying to piece together. Directions are simple and clear. Worked perfectly to install a toolbox inside the bed of my pickup. Another great use for you security integrators out there: mag lock installs in metal door frames are now a breeze with this tool. Definitely would recommend and buy again for gifts

I bought the NEXTACK Rivet Nut Tool Kit because I had a project in a tight space that required precision, patience, and probably a smaller human. Since I didn’t have one of those available, I grabbed this tool instead — and honestly, it might be the better option. First off, the 8-inch rivnut tool is basically the pocket-sized superhero of the fastener world. It slides into tight spaces like it’s been training for a Mission Impossible audition. I half expected it to hum its own theme music. The step drill bit? Beautiful. It chews through metal like it’s snacking. I’ve used drill bits that screamed in agony the moment they touched steel — this one just shrugged and said, “That all you got?” And the 80 nutserts… listen, I don’t know who decided to include that many, but thank you. I now have enough rivnuts to fasten every loose thing in my garage, my neighbor’s garage, and possibly a small aircraft. Using the tool is oddly satisfying. You squeeze the handles, the rivnut mushrooms perfectly, and suddenly you feel like a structural engineer with a PhD in “Making Things Stay Put.” My confidence is now wildly disproportionate to my actual skill level. Bottom line: If you’ve ever wanted to install threads where threads have no business existing — in tight spaces, awkward angles, or places your hands definitely don’t fit — this little kit is your new best friend. It works great, feels solid, and makes you look way more competent than you probably are. Would buy again. Might even name it.

Great tool. Already made some things easier. Not sure why the odd mix of metric/standard measures. Would much more prefer having a metric kit and a standard kit. Other wise works great and see great value of having this long term for various projects.

This is a tool I never knew I needed until I bought one. Will you use it daily? Probably not, but having this in the toolbox is incredibly handy. No complaints about the quality of this product - it does exactly what is advertised and feels sturdy doing so!

Solid tool with easy assembly to change out bits.

Added this to the toolbox for tighter spaces. Specifically, it’s first task was to swap over a different brand battery mount on an e-bike. Worked perfectly!

Works well. Step bit it comes with drills fine. Needs pilot hole to start, pretty standard.

used this to install my marker light on our truck hood , this was the perfect tool for the job and with threaded inserts it holds tight. tool is easy to use and works great

I have used this on stainless steel rivnuts and steel rivnuts. It work great, the small size makes it easy to get into tighter areas. Main point is take your time if you rush you will either strip the rivnut or not compress it all the way. It could use a better nob to tighten and reverse the threads.
