Can you please explain in detail what frustration free packaging? Does it still have the standard Lego box with the picture of the set?

“Frustration Free” packing is an Amazon service. Has nothing to do with Lego. It is when Amazon ships items in a box with no blister packing, a box that's almost the same size as the product box instead of a giant box. Usually the items are just put in a box with no concern of need to protect the product. In the case of Legos, I would make the choice based on whether your Lego purchase is a collectible item or just a set you just want to get out of the product box and assemble. If you want your Lego box in great condition, I would not choose “Frustration Free” packing.

What is frustration free packaging?

Frustration Free packaging means that it gets shipped in a Lego brown cardboard box only, and not in the Lego box in the Lego Brown cardboard box inside an Amazon box. When it is shipped, it is clear from the packaging that the contents are LEGOs. This makes it obvious to people who are transporting it or who see the box from the street. You are probably better off ordering it without frustration free packaging since people around the box will see an Amazon box and not Lego.

What is rhe difference in the 2 packaging options?

Hi Randi. I’m not sure what you are asking about two packaging options. It is one set with 3 different rooms. Joey & Chandler’s apartment, Monica & Rachel’s apartment and the hallway between the two. So the two different “sets” you see in the pictures are actually all part of the one big “Apartment” set you purchase. There is only set to purchase.

I was worried about quality as price was lower than usual from Lego shop. But item arrived as scheduled, packed well with padding paper all around. I've yet to open the set but box is properly sealed and brand new so I'm quite confident set is all intact. Now thinking of getting a 2nd set from same shop. Thanks, Seller!
