Once you open and use it do you need to use it all at once, or can you store the rest for next season?

I use it as is needed. I store the rest like I would unused paint, in an area that won't freeze the product and use it again the next year. My best advice would be to make sure that you do not use too much of the concentrate, start out with even lower amounts of product than the directions say, the point is to not clog up the sprayer. If it is to thick of a mixture I have had clogging problems with the sprayer. With using the most thin as possible I have had no issues at all. The finished product is worth the effort.

How long does it last on the mulch? Days, weeks or months?

This product is the same dye that is used at the mulch facilities. It will last the same as new bagged mulch. The great thing about this product is you can re-spray in about 45 days and you have a new look again.

Will it stain after drying? Will I be able to walk on the mulch after watering the plants or rain without turning my shoes black ?

Doesn't stain after drying. I walk ono it all the time. Hard to remove from surfaces you spray accidentally.

What about flowers? How do I void not to get on them ? And also is it bad for the flowers will ?

You need to block plants/ flowers remember it is a die, it won't kill your plants / flowers but blocking them with a homemade block. Put a thick piece of heavy cardboard on a stick would do it. Hope this helps good luck
