More peace of mind when your cat's outside.
This collar has been easy to use and reliable with a lot of extra features in the app to help track and monitor our cat. We have so much more peace of mind when we can see where he is and make sure he's not near the road. It's fun to see where he's been and where he's going on the map. The map will show his "territory" boundary once it has enough data. The app notifies us when he leaves the safety zone we set up on the map and when he reenters. It can track him down within about 10 feet with the gps feature. Occasionally the gps will not connect due to obstacles but will eventually connect with more tries. The radar and light/sound features can be used to track instead of gps. The collar charges with a USB cord and special connector included. The charge lasts most of the day. We had to buy a xxs dog collar for a better fit. Not a big deal. Our cat is so much happier roaming around outside the way he naturally wants to. We don't have to worry as much about his safety.

Works even in forested areas!
I bought this tracker after my indoor/outdoor cat stayed outside after dark and I wasn't sure if he was okay or not, if he was just right outside or trying to travel home in the dark with coyotes out. I didn't expect this tracker to work well because we live in a forested/rural area that could interfere with the signal, so I was very surprised when it actually worked great! I guess the cell service is more than adequate here. The battery life is about a week when I put it in powersaving mode, which saves battery when my cat is within home wifi range. This suites my needs as when he is that close I can usually find him without trouble. I usually charge it when it gets below 50% so I have plenty of juice to live track my cat if needed. The accuracy of this product is quite good! I got a notification one day that my cat had entered a no-go zone (the area close to the road) and immediately saw he was in a neighbors front yard from the tracking data, and only about 30 ft from the road! Sure enough, I drove down the street and there he was hanging out with the neighbors cat right where the tracker said he was! I use this tracker to make sure my cat doesn't get too close to roads and to see where he likes to adventure during the day (quite far as I have found out!). It's also SUPER nice to call for him and then turn on live tracking (gps location every 2-3 seconds), because I can literally see him start to take a straight path home once he hears me. I then know he is on his way and can calmly await his arrival (10-15 minutes or more sometimes). If he doesn't come, then I know to call some more to make sure he heard me as he may have been out of earshot. It takes the worry out about if he is close to home or not.The collar weight doesn't seem to bother him at all. The only cons are that it's a bit of a hassle to charge since I have to take the cover/tracker off the collar each time, which means unsnapping the collar and sliding the attachment off. However, charging it once a week isn't awful. I am not sure how cold weather will affect the battery life. I also find the subscription fee a bit frustrating. A multicat service plan would be a smart addition. I would suggest these to my family, but the cost per month would be huge without a multicat household discount.Overall, surprisingly accurate product, well worth my money for the peace of mind and getting to know my cat's routes! I would recommend to anyone with indoor/outdoor pets or farm cats, etc

Don’t waste your money, or time on fake reviews. Update with tech support response.
Update 7/21: Do your research on AirTags (if they would work in your area) and just get that instead. All the benefits without the monthly fee.Original review 7/4: Terrible accuracy, inconsistent features, poor battery life, misleading plan options. Does not offer “peace of mind”.The virtual fence is a 150ft circle that encompasses half a block, a street, and 2 alleys. So unless I want to be notified when my cat is halfway down the block, this isn’t very helpful.Currently the GPS shows that my cat is across the alley at a business, but he’s actually sleeping in the closet. He hasn’t left my house since I put the tracker on him, yet the app shows him having wandered all over the neighborhood and even going a block away (pictured).Just about the only feature that I liked was the option that allows you to see how close you are to your cat (pictured). But this option appears and disappears (pictured) randomly so I guess you just have to hope it’s there when you need it.There is also an “AR mode” (pictured) which seems to just be a camera that shows you what direction the tracker is and how far away. But this is inaccurate too, as it switched directions in front of my eyes with neither of them being correct. Even the direction and distance in the screenshot is incorrect so I don’t get the point.Another good feature of the tracker is that you can have the tracker emit a small light, or a noise. The light is too small to really help, especially if you have a cat with long fur that would cover the light. The noise that comes off is also fairly low so you wouldn’t be able to listen out for it to help you find them. I get that this is to not hurt cat’s ears, but it’s almost pointless.Battery life is not what I was expecting. Had to charge it after only a day and a half. There’s supposed to be an option to connect to wifi to save battery but when I tried to set this up, random Wi-Fi’s popped up. None of which were my home’s, and most of which weren’t picked up my by phone’s wifi options so I don’t know where they came from. Finally, the picture of the subscription plan options is misleading. According to this, there’s only 1 plan with different payment options. In reality, there’s 3 different plans and the only one that offers a monthly payment option is the basic package. If you want premium, you’ll have to pay at least $95 up front for the 1 year option.Update with response from tech support (7/21): don’t use it inside, and 150 feet is a normal virtual fence (pictured).Got this response instead of just getting the refund that I had asked for (for my monthly subscription), and had to ask twice more for them to give me my refund instead of “trying to solve the problems”. Once I finally got my refund started, the tech support agent asked me to change my review now that it had been “resolved”. They then sent me a survey and because I put that I was unhappy with their customer support, my ticket has been reopened and now I get to look forward to more emails from a company I have already started a return for.
