Moissanite Solitaire Engagement Ring

The media could not be loaded. Update: I went to my mothers and compared our rings, hers is a real mined Diamond, 2ct. In person there was literally no difference other than mine having more fire (rainbow effect) hers did have multiple colors reflect as well just not as strong. She was a jeweler years ago and she was amazed at the quality and said to her naked eye she would not have known, she said she now wants to get one as a vacation ring. I’ve attached additional photos and a video of our rings. (Hers has a halo)I love jewelry but I will never allow my husband pay thousands for a mined Diamond ring- I would rather get a handbag 😅 we’ve been thinking of purchasing a lab created Diamond but before we spend the money I wanted to try different cuts and band colors out to see what I like best, I purchased multiple sets from modern gents and all were beautiful and I felt like I was ready to decide on a lab created in round cut but then I happen to come across this ring and was so surprised by the reviews and the price I had to try it.I purchased the 3ct in size 12, the 4 was out of stock, although now that it is back in stock I am debating on snagging one. I have large hands, and it’s hard to find rings that fit well and look proportional. I was skeptical that this was true moissanite with the price being so low but it definitely appears to be. It has an ever so slight yellow hue, not noticeable until next to my modern gent ring. But it looks like stone and not like glass like the cz. That was the one thing that always really bugged me. It’s super sparkly, but the fire is very vibrant and colorful which I feel does give it away with not being a true Diamond, but I truly feel that doesn’t mean as much as it used to. I wouldn’t be able to tell this apart from a $3k moissanite. It’s heavier than my cz but not as heavy as a Diamond ring. But who will be holding it for you? The band feels sturdy, and I love that it is on the thicker side. I don’t wear it when I shower or was my hands and I polish it with the cloth provided everyday. I do wish it was solid gold though. And I wish it came in rose gold.I can’t really think of any negatives other than the prongs so catch on hair and clothing at times. But that’s really it. It’s a great deal. And I’d choose it over modern gents any day even though this doesn’t come with the same lifetime warranty. I still would like to get the lab Diamond at some point but I love this ring so much I want to enjoy it for awhile first, maybe get another bag in the meantime ha. 🤭

The stone is super twinkly, the metal is bright and happy next to my 3mm band, and — praise be — it hasn’t turned my skin into a science experiment.I did try to pair it with a yellow-gold tungsten band, which I’d hoped would look sophisticated and rich. Spoiler: the tungsten looked like it belonged in a pirate’s costume jewelry chest. Lesson learned.Would I have loved a hidden halo? Sure, in the same way I’d love to find out I’m actually a long-lost heiress. But this solitaire is classic, believable, and quietly screams, “Yes, I’m married, but no, we didn’t sell a kidney for this ring.”I’ve worn it 4-5 days a week for over six weeks, and it still looks exactly like it did the day I slipped it on: sparkly, pristine, and making me feel just a bit fancier at the grocery store.For my fellow overthinkers who spend hours reading reviews, second-guessing, zooming in on grainy photos, and generally making ring buying a borderline personality trait — save yourself. This is the one.Is it Tiffany & Co.? Nah. But is it a totally convincing, high-quality stand-in that’ll have you admiring your hand in the car line? Absolutely.Buy it. Your finger (and your wallet) will thank you.

I purchased the True Moissanite version in Sterling silver/ white gold due to my Allergies and problem with Copper and Nickle. I cannot say enough about how beautiful this ring is!! It's like staring into a rainbow. I tested it for fit and it slid on like warm butter. It did not feel like I was wearing anything against my skin. Does NOT feel cheap like some say, not look or feel like Costume jewelry. This is perfect in weight, size, and appearance! I could not help but smile from ear to ear.it came double bagged inside the box to protect the solitaire. I went with the traditional solitaire ring and purchased 2 separate bands from same company (with half side with stones) so I could stack them. I am not disappointed!! I did have trouble with 1 band ( see separate review) bring used.I put in for a return. The company has a refund policy only which was disappointing as I would have eagerly exchanged for a new one and chalked it up to a glitch( ie some worker not paying attention and repackaged a return) and not held the entire company responsible. Due to the superfast shipping, I was able to purchase and new one and will still have it in time for my wedding. I will definitely buy from this company again!!
