I have used these products before and I have found them to be very easy to get down, and caused no digestive issues. They taste nice and have a consistent smooth gel texture. No lumps or clumps. I have found them very useful on longer runs, I can always tell when I have fueled vs when I haven't supplemented with a gel in the longer Km's. These are fairly expensive everwhere, but I found buying this many in one go the most cost effective. They were delivered in a handy cardboard box for storage.

Favourite energy gels; so easy to eat while on a run due to the packaging and they are yummy and do not upset my stomach; and I have a very sensitive stomach.

Great gels. Easy to consume and they dont give a strange taste. I dont like using any other gels now.

This is by far the best gel for medium and long distance running for me personally. Easiest to swallow, seems to give more of a boost and worth the price. I use these for every run. I love the fact that the top stays attached when you tear it, so you don’t have to worry about littering as well.

I am training for the London Marathon as complete newbie and have been completley overwhelmed by the many adverts for gels. I have tried lots and have found these by far the best! They are a nice gentle taste, especially compared to the many sickly and sugary options elsewhere. I find the packets easy to open when i’m running. Love the branding too but that’s a side note!

Good gels

These are by far the best gels I’ve used for all my running events and training sessions. The mild, neutral flavour makes them easy to take, even during longer runs, and they’re very gentle on the stomach. The caffeine versions are excellent for that extra boost of energy when needed. Highly recommend for endurance runners or anyone looking for reliable, effective fuel.

I’ve tried a lot of gels, in the last two years I’ve sticked with Maurten. Now I decided to try the Precision to have more carbs in a single serving. I must admit that I love it. I love the neutral texture and the consistency (not too sticky, not too liquid). No GI issues. So probably next marathon will be with them!

Ich habe das Gel bei meinem 15-km-Lauf am Wochenende getestet. Sehr angenehm und nicht zu süß – genau richtig während des Laufens. Werde es beim nächsten 20-km-Lauf mit zwei Gels erneut testen. Bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Produit très bien pensé pour l’endurance. Texture fluide, pas écœurante, goût neutre qui passe facilement même à haute intensité. Digestion impeccable : aucun souci gastrique, y compris sur des sorties longues ou en course. Les 30 g de glucides par gel permettent de gérer précisément son apport sans se tromper. Packaging pratique, facile à ouvrir en roulant. Clairement un gel efficace, simple et fiable pour cyclisme, running ou triathlon.

PF30, not much more can be said on how great these gels are for athletes, even after trying multiple different brands. This is by far the best for my needs. I usually take 1 pre-race and more depending on my race fuel plans. It's so good that I bought some to hand to friends for them to try! At this price? Not only is it more economical, it also agrees with my body and digestive system. No issues pre, during and post race. I don't see myself using other gels for my races.
