Sizikato 15 Oz Dark Blue Glass Bedside Night Water Carafe with Tumbler Glass.

I have been in on owning this carafe and glass for a year and a half and had to write a review. This week, I accidentally knocked the glass off the counter. Watching in terror as I anticipated an explosion of thin glass shards, it bounced off the ground, into multiple hard surfaces, and landed completely intact. It has a classic look and is very sturdy!

it’s become one of my favorite things. The color is beautiful. It’s very fragile so you can’t bang it around much. The glass is pretty thin. I’m not sure I would trust putting it in the dishwasher or in a dish with other glasses. Handle with care and enjoy.

I remember my grandfather used to have a similar one when I was a child. Nostalgia convinced me to buy one for myself, since I'm always thirsty at night. This has been a pretty good purchase. Prior to this, my options were 1: bottled water, or 2: glass on the nightstand. Pro's and con's to both - bottles feel wasteful, plus microplastics? Glass on the nightstand seemed to solve both of those issues for me, but then it's just open to the air, and anything (read: dust, etc) can fall into it. This carafe comes to the rescue, with the best of both worlds, since the cup doubles as a cover! The only not-positive (not saying negative!) thing I would say is that it's relatively thin and light - personally i'd prefer something a little heftier, however, that's just a preference thing, and not a negative review!

The biggest issue I have with bedside carafes is their weight. To have to “lift weights” in the middle of the night when I need a sip of water wakes me up. I love this carafe! It’s so light and delicate, holds a good amount of liquid, and is a simple design that fits any decor. It arrived on time, securely packaged, in excellent condition.
