I've been using these for a few months & have noticed that I have more muscle tone overall since I workout & DIM pills help with muscle tone. They've also helped me with my Perimenopause symptoms like night sweats because they have really decreased, thank God!

This has pretty much been a cure all pill for me when I paired it with a Keto diet. I have been struggling for over a year with some lady issues( extreme inflammation, infertility, PMS, pain, etc.) I was told it was endometriosis, but I don't really believe in accepting a diagnosis. I think there is usually always something that can be done pretty naturally that can allieviate symptoms and possiblly turn it around. I have been blessed to experience and see this many times. After starting it for a month or so I had my yearly appt. and she suggested this to me (I didn't want to take Birth control). Within almost days I could feel a difference. I've been taking this a month and have not had any issues!!!! I don't puke 2 weeks before my cycle, no pain, no swelling!!! It even cleared up my acne pretty good.I am just beyond amazed and grateful the Lord blessed me with such a sweet GYN.I will try to update this later on if it has helped with fertility. To be completely honest, I don’t notice any difference. I purchased these pills because of all the internet advertising and YouTube influencers saying that it worlds, but in practice I think it’s all just hype. Moreover, the package arrived on time and packaged in just a flimsy plastic Amazon shipping bag. Further, the pills look like any other herbal vitamin you can get from Walmart. The bottles are plastered with advertised promises of life changing effects, but when will that happen? Moreover, each bottle was witnessed to be properly sealed after removing the cap. Overall, I’m pleased with product as a whole, but skeptical on the effectiveness. I’m guessing, the phrase, “It takes time to work” comes to mind? Either way, they’ve got my money and my placebo expectations are someone fulfilled.
