This brace is soft and comfortable, and I love the snug fit. It doesn't stay hot or cold long, but it's not advertised as holding heat or cold for a certain length of time. You do have to redo warming and chilling but can be an advantage in managing the temperature.

Very durable and well made. I used this regularly for months while dealing with a wrist injury, and it held up extremely well with repeated use. The material feels strong, the gel stays intact, and the wrap maintains its shape and effectiveness. It helped reduce my pain tremendously, and I cannot recommend it enough. The texture feels AMAZING. It its comfortable and stays cold for a good amount of time.

Works pretty well for what I need it for, but it doesn’t always get cold enough and it doesn’t stay cold for long.

I can not express how helpful these are. I can ice my hand and still move around. The temperature of them is perfect. I bout two sets a while back after carpal tunnel surgery. I bought a couple new ones for my hands that now have arthritis. These are even nice than the last set. Only complaint is that they stayed colder longer but not a big deal.

i have de quervains so i got this hoping for relief. it fits comfortably and encompasses the thumb too which is great, however it didn't stay cold for very long (maybe 15 minutes). i would say if you need the constant cooling, try getting two and just keep swapping them out. or some people ice on and off this would be fine. i have another one that has thicker ice pak and stays cold much longer but isn't as flexible so it's really a toss up on what is more important to you.

I have carpal tunnel and tendonitis in my hands. I have also bought other ice braces, but they do not cover the thumb nor do they allow me continued mobility like this one. The other braces are super annoying cuz you have to strap them on with the Velcro. This brace just glides right on with no hassle and no strap. Does the hot and cold last super long? No. maybe 10-15 minutes, But I continue to wear it even after because the comfort of the compression and the cooling of the gel still brings the pain down even after the 15 minutes. Plus after I do the cold I absolutely love that I can turn around and heat it up and do a hot session with it! Because let's face it for pain management you need both hot and cold. My biggest thing is that I can wear these and still do things. My other braces that are just ice are so stiff and hard that I can barely use my hands at all while they're on. I just bought a second one for my other hand. If both your hands hurt go ahead and buy two. Game changer.

I don’t write reviews often (I know, my bad!) but I’ve had this less than a day and already I can tell it’s a life saver. It is so comfortable! I just had hand surgery less than a month ago and putting ice packs on it is a pain. This alleviates wearing both the brace and the ice pack. I love it! If you have any pain, surgery or not, this will help.

I was in a car wreck a few weeks ago and had tried using malleable ice packs, hard ice packs, frozen water bottles, handmade ice packs, ice in bag, you name it for my knees, elbow, wrist and broken leg. The ice packs moved around, were uncomfortable, and such a frustration when it was difficult to move in the first place. I bought this sleeve and the elbow/knee sleeve and it has made everything SO MUCH EASIER when it comes to icing the pain and staying put. I stumbled across these by chance and I truly am so thankful I did. They have more of a gel that doesn't move around even when it isn't cold. They don't stay cold for long periods of time, but since I put them on my skin without a barrier, they stay cold for the recommended 20 minutes of ice directly on skin. The material is also incredibly soft and comfortable which is obviously a plus!

It fits nice at first it feels good then within a few min it is no longer cold

Can be freezed and microwaved, good buy

Have sent a few messages but these are so big they slide off my wrists. They also stay cold for a very very very short period of time!

Doesn’t stay cold longer than three minutes no matter how long it is frozen
