AIKE 17oz. Touch-Free Rechargeable Automatic Liquid Soap Dispenser for Kitchen Dish Soap

Update 2/21/2025: Works correctly 70 percent of the time. Now we are experiencing period of times where soap wants to come out but doesn't, and tapping the bottom of the dispenser makes it work again. I really love this dispenser but I would buy another one again if it goes on sale. I have another one of these that does not have issues. Update8/20/24: The dispenser has officially lasted two years. It is no longer is dispensing even though it appears to be charged. I would buy again though even if I'm sad it is broken. It periodically had issues with dispensing soap for no reason and I really think that issue led to its demise. I have another one that doesn't do that so I think it is the luck of the draw. 8/11/2022: This dispenser is exactly what I was looking for! I buy the big jugs of dish soap and was tired of flipping it upside down. I didn't want a manual dispenser so I opted for motion activated. I also was in the market for rechargeable and if I couldn't see the soap I didnt want it. Clearly, I have a lot of needs and this dispenser hit every one of them! Lol I did charge it over night. It has been 20 days and I haven't needed to charge it again. It is so easy to use and looks nice. Life is good.

This item is wonderful bought one Dec 2022 and just it died it lasted me 3 years. So decided to buy another. Just love it!!

Update 2024.08.16 - The sensor was no longer working on one of my dispensers so I decided to buy a new one. What arrived, however, was a new model that ditched the USB-C charging port to a proprietary magnetic 2-pin charging port! Who in the world thought this was a good idea?! I have 3 of these dispensers in my home and I had already standardized on USB-C cables for all my devices and household items. So I was EXTREMELY disappointed to now find that my USB-C cables can no longer be used to charge this new model! I used to be able to charge my dispensers in ANY of multiple rooms because all rooms had my standard USB-C charging cable. With this model, I now have to charge it in the room that has the magnetic cable. And what happens when the magnetic cable becomes defective or you lose it?! Now you're stuck! What a mess! They should have just stuck with USB-C, period. Although the description has been updated to indicate a magnetic charger, there is still an image that shows USB-C. So now I'm changing my rating from a 4-star to a 1-star! Awful, awful, awful!!! ******* Original review... I used to have the Simplehuman dispenser but it consistently broke down. The other thing about the Simplehuman is that you can't see how much liquid is left and when to refill without opening the cap. I then tried the Hanamichi Soap Dispenser. It had a great capacity but it was not rechargeable and the battery compartment was at the bottom, making it extremely clumsy to change batteries. Then I found the AIKE! What was the clincher was that it was rechargeable via USB-C, which is what I have standardized on for my various devices. The large capacity is excellent, as is being able to adjust the dispensed volume. I have 4 of these in the house and 3 are for soap and one is for hand sanitizer. Issues (and the reason it it not getting 5 stars): I've had to return several because they just stopped dispensing for no reason (I guess the motion sensor became defective). Recently, one developed a drip; that is, after dispensing, it had a slow, continuous drip for about 3-4 seconds. Mind you, out of all the times I've either purchased this product or returned it and received a replacement, this is the only time I've ever experienced a drip issue. One other reason it is not getting 5 stars is that I would like to see it have the Simplehuman feature where the dispensing stops as soon as you move your hand away. Overall, definitely recommended for its large capacity, transparent container, USB-C port for recharging, and adjustable dispenser volume.

This is the best hands free dispenser we've had. Had it a little over 3 weeks battery(rechargeable) is still charged and this thing gets used ALOT at the kitchen sink.. I love that it does not dispense soap when you are working in the sink like all the other ones because the motion is under the extended part instead of on the front. I'm ordering more for the bathrooms soon.

It was good while it lasted. Finally went kaputt after exactly 3.5 years. It won't dispense anymore, sensor won't sense. Then it'll start going crazy dispensing in the dark until bester is dead.

Hi there! I sent your company a message that I need to be charged for the replacement pump that was sent. I figured out how to make it work, but I want to keep both of them. They have been working great so far.

This product was perfect for my full house. Love how much soap it holds and love that it’s clear so I could see exactly how much soap was in there. The 3 different choices for amount of soap dispensed — all of these things were fantastic! The biggest disappointment has been the longevity. Bought this about 10-11 months ago but didn’t start using it until the bathroom was finished (about a month after purchase). So, it’s been working great for 10 months. 2 weeks ago I noticed it wouldn’t register my hand under the sensor. The soap level was getting a bit low but not empty. I thought maybe the sensor needed to be wiped clean. That didn’t work. I turned it off to sort it out the next day and when I turned it on the next morning it worked. Figured it was a fluke or just needed the ol’ turn it off and on again maintenance. Next day stopped working again. It was working sporadically for a few days and now just won’t, no matter what I do. So it seems, based on other reviews the motor/pump has died. It is always plugged in so I know it’s not a charging issue and it never sits in water, so it is likely just met the end of its life cycle. I’ll be buying a new one, but will not be buying this one again. It was perfect, until it wasn’t.

First off: this was definitely bigger than I thought.. And I mean that in a good way. The volume capacity is great. Just barely doesn't fit a 19.4fl Oz bottle of dawn. But that's fine to me. I still say thumbs up on that. Thank you to the manufacturer for using ucb-c! I love that it came with a charge cable too. I plugged it in to charge for the first time and it took under 3 hours to fully charge. Don't know how long it'll last, but since it's rechargeable, I really don't care, because it still beats having to buy and use batteries.. Also, THE DISPENSE VOLUME AMOUNT IS ADJUSTABLE! whaattt? Yesss.. And it's great. Super easy to set and understand. The motion sense has worked for me every time. It does kind of drip if you use the highest volume setting {see Pic}, but for me, it doesn't matter cause it overhangs the sink. I looked at a lot of these, and price wise, this was my cap, and I'm not disappointed in the least. Bravo. Solid product. Buy it.
