Great product. i broke my elbow and needed the next step for healing from my soft cast. The velcro is strong and well attached. The material is soft but does attract every piece of lint, string, pet hair etc. I used a lint roller and that helped. This is easy to put on and take off. This keeps your arm stable and my elbow was well cushioned (with the insert) and because there’s velcro straps it can be as snug as you need and adjusted should your injury/recovery have swelling. I used an ace bandage under mine just by choice. Sleeping in this, as I chose because of necessity, was comfortable and kept my elbow and arm protected and in the correct position. I would firmly recommend this product!

I had surgery on my arm to clean around my tendons and also had a torn ligament in my elbow as well. I have to wear a brace for at least 12 weeks maybe longer. The brace the doctor office made me is horrible it hurts my arm more doesn’t fit right etc. that’s even after they made adjustments to it so I bought this brace and it’s amazing. It’s comfortable it keeps me from bending my arm (elbow where the surgery was done) and it’s also comfortable to sleep in considering I’m only supposed to take my brace off to shower. So this is a great product for after surgery etc. highly recommend

My orthopedic surgeon diagnosed me with a wrist TFCC injury without instability. He prescribed a 6-week course of this brace for 14 hours a day, including overnight, with a weightlifting wrist support brace for the remaining 10 hours during the day. It seemed to do its job. There are a couple things about the brace I didn’t like. First, the Velcro straps do not have enough of the opposing fabric to get a secure attachment. Second, one size does not fit all. Even with the included foam insert, my arm is too short to fit properly. Third, when putting on by yourself, it is a little tricky to get a good secure fit. I eventually figured it out, but it was still a little frustrating. Overall, it does what it is made for, I just wish it came in other sizes.

Brace had great quality, material seems durable and Velcro is strong. Size is accurate and allows for adjustment. It is also lightweight which makes it comfortable to wear. Used to stabilize elbow fracture and avoid hurting while sleeping.

Unlike most braces the velcro straps don't go through metal/plastic eyelets and fold back so you can tighten them, they are just loose pieces of velcro that stick to the other side. This makes it impossible to get a snug, secure fit and makes it VERY DIFFICULT to put on by yourself. Once it's on it quickly works loose because the velcro is weak and makes a poor connection to the fabric it sticks to, because these aren't real "hook and loop" fasteners -- it's hooks that just stick loosely to fabric, there's no corresponding loop part. Frankly this thing is garbage and a waste of money. Even if you had somebody to help you get it on and tighten it it will just loosen up within minutes. This is a completely FRAUDULENT product that DOES NOT WORK.

There is no removable elbow pad. I am a pretty big short person and this thing is very large. I almost don’t have a long enough arm for it. It was also dirty when I opened it up. But I am keeping it because it is definitely more supportive than just the sling that the orthopedic office told me to wear for my break. I would rather have not discarded the brace that urgent care had created but it is what it is. It’s pretty easy to put on yourself and for me more comfortable than just a sling. In just an hour it has definitely lowered the pain and strain. I just wish they would take care to lint roll a return before giving it to someone else.

Update: This is the best thing on the market for elbow breaks. Bar none. What I received from the doctor was even less helpful. I've been using it a few days and I'm incredibly grateful to have this at this point in life. That being said, it's too large and I ordered S/M. I have probably average arms for a woman. Original review: I ordered small/medium and this thing is huge. I'll wear it, but for it to work ideally, it should be snug, and I have to wrap it skillfully to get it even close. I can't imagine how big the large is. I would imagine this small/medium one I received would fit a 300 lb man. not being mean. i'm just explaining it is that huge.

I like it. The S M size works for me and I am big, so that was a nice surprise. The big size swallowed me, so S M was the right choice. It even fit over the sugartong before I switched to the short arm brace. Most braces do not fit large arms but this one does. The Velcro strength is just right and the Velcro quality feels solid. I have a wrist fracture with big spasms and they have me in a short arm brace. I use this at night to stop the forearm rotation that causes the spasms. It has been helping. Wearing it with the wrist brace does not stop the rotation completely, the supination and pronation, but it is good enough for my needs. It is intuitive and easy to use and more comfortable than the full arm adjustable elbow sports contraption they gave me, which was impossible to sleep with.
