Delicious! I just love ginger. I like turmeric. I adore honey. I can't live without pepper (any colour, as long as it is fresh). This is the perfect combination: One doesn't differentiate ingredients, but experience a new flavour. And it is very good for my weak lungs.

Very soothing tea I tsp well mixed in 8 oz water. Ginger is quite peppery calms the stomach though. I was expecting a more of an infused honey I could use in other dishes but the coarse grind ginger makes that impractical. Only issue I have is that it’s rather pricey.
