Great Product, Retail Pricing, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Items were delayed 2x, then never showed up. Contacted Amazon & Seller -- Seller never responded. Was supposed to be 1 of 2 Turtle items bought for my nephew's birthday, which is today. Am still out the $70, aggravated & have no gift for the recipient. I will never buy another Turtle product from Amazon. Horrible experience on items that weren't even priced that well --

Great Winter Staple
I wanted to buy a balaclava for winter walks for awhile but I wasn’t sure which one. Living in the land of looong frosty weather is tough. Even tougher with Covid because any real inside group exercise options are more fewer and far between in the past year or two. So I find myself braving the elements even more. Good for my body but bad for my skin. This seems to be a really great option. It keeps the wind off my face and I am warm. I really love it because it is soft. Important for me because I have sensitive skin. This Turtle fur brand also washes well. My only issue w it is if you plan on mostly wearing a ponytail (and have thick hair like I do) I may consider a ponytail hole style next time??
