Pros: Deep, lasting moisture for both skin and hair Unscented and simple—great as a carrier oil or on its own Big 1-gallon size is very cost-effective over time Works for multiple uses (hair oiling, body moisturizer, massage) Good slip for massage without constant reapplication Cons: The gallon jug can be awkward to pour—recommend decanting into a pump bottle Can feel a bit heavy/greasy if you use too much (especially on fine hair) Like most natural oils, it may thicken or look cloudy in cooler temps—normal but worth noting Bottom line: A dependable, budget-friendly olive oil that delivers solid moisture for hair and skin.
