Wow this stuff is sticky!
Needed some tape in order to repair my car canopy tarp that was tearing about with age. Did some research and ultimately settled on this product for price and reviews. Wow is this stuff sticky! Stickiest tape I've ever dealt with. It's hard to cut it with a scissor across w/out multiple snips and you constantly get the tape stuck onto the scissors or onto your fingers and then it increases the chances that you'll damage the tape. Ultimately it was easy to apply and cover up the holes. Time will tell how long this last, but so far, I'm pretty happy with this and would recommend. If it breaks down too quicky, I'll update this review accordingly.

Stays stuck and very water proof.
This tape is extremely sticky. I had several small holes on the roof of the TrimLine canopy I use for art shows. I patched them with this nearly at the beginning of the 2025 show season. The patches are still on and have lasted very well through a number of storms, keeping the art inside my canopy dry.

Not happy with it
Didn’t last a week; put it on my canopy top and it came up on all sides;

It held for the season.
My slide topper was deteriorating due to sun damage from parking it. South Side of the trailer. Looking to get one season more out of it. Now that it is October, I will be replacing the canvas soon, but the repair lasted all summer. Note, this is not a permanent solution as the tape does gradually change color (clear to light yellow) from direct sun, our awning is white so it is noticeable if you look for it. However, it has held strong all summer with multiple openings/closings of the slide. One note to get it to stick. Make sure you clean where you apply it. We used alcohol wipes and waited for it to dry. After which, we took our time putting it on - very careful to make sure it adhered evenly without bumps and bubbles. I would buy this again.

Coming off
3 months later and the long strip has come off. the 3 other spot rips are still in place, but not looking too good. The tape even though it is clear becomes quite visible when applied. it looks like the frosted scotch tape before it is applied. it doesn't really go clear on application. It didn't stick as well as I thought it should when first applied. This tape didn't have to hold anything as the high quality tarp (+10 years old?) is multi layer and only the outer layer has a few tears in it. The tape failed to seal them and keep them from spreading...at least for the long one. As mentioned the other spot tears still has tape on them although one looks very frosted and like the tape has bubbled off but is still staying in place. maybe it would have worked well for a regular cheap smooth tarp, This tarp is more like a textured fabric like thing. I will be buying the expensive stuff next.

Surprised but it worked
Bought this to reattach two windows in a tent fly. After we taped them I wondered if the repair would hold after the tent was folded back up, unpacked, and later placed into use. Several weeks later, early in the morning while camping, the heavens opened up with an hours-long heavy, pounding rain. Amazingly the tent, its occupant (me) , and all my gear, remained dry inside. This tape did not make a beautiful repair, and I have no idea how it will hold up in the long run, but is sure has extended the life of my tent and fly for the immediate future.

This stuff worked AMAZING!! We were trying to squeeze one more year out of our trailer awning, this tape allowed us to do that! We had significant peeling from the leading edge of the awning, most likely from aging fabric mixed with highway speeds. We used this to repair where it was peeling back and it held fantastic. We applied it on top and underneath and extending into undamaged fabric just to create a bit of a safe guard from the edge getting caught in the wind again. It held for the season and we had no more trouble, making it possible for us to hold out long enough to get a new awning on sale. Also because we had the tape we also used it to repair a tent bottom that was ripping. It worked great there also! We did the same and extended well beyond the tear, just to give a little extra buffer room, and the tear did not grow anymore and the tape held perfectly! We still have tons left on the roll even after both uses and I am sure it will come in handy again in the future. Its great tape! Adhesive is strong and the tape itself is thicker without being cumbersome or hard to work with. Could be my new favorite repair tape. 10/10 will stick broken tarp back together again!

So far so good - I used it to repair some small frayed areas on my canvas awnings that shade my front windows 24/7 in all weathers. The repairs aren’t noticeable from ground level, and I haven’t noticed any leaks or additional fraying since I used the tape.

Used the tape to patch windsurfing sails. Works well! Only comment - does not adhere as well to the material covering the battens as it does to the plastic sections of the sail.

I've used this to repair years in the canvass on my pop up caravan that is 40years old. It works really well I'm very impressed. I did inside and outside straight over the tear and it's been holding for months now. Great product

Once I assembled my gazebo, I noticed a few hole in the tarp. Dulepax -fabric repair tape covered the holes completely, even with the heat during the daytime, the tape held steadfast. I highly recommend this product.
