Needed 7 1/4" and found the 7 1/4" to fit perfectly! I looked at other reviews and size up or down recommendations and went through two others to find Propper true-to-size - at least this batch is spot on! The quality is great, color is holding up well on the East Coast, very good value for the price, and I definitely recommend this hat for wear with the uniform!

It fits kinda big.It blows off my head when I go down the road on my bike next time.I will go bit smaller it is still a good hat.I'll use it when i'm welding.Does the little hide okay?Pockets gives you a little more extra protection
