ACMCTabletop Chocolate Tempering Machine Digital Temperature Readout 6 lb capacity

This machine is my BOYFRIEND! (0: It's exactly what I needed! The manual is clear and helpful. My candy making is SO MUCH EASIER now that I am not stirring and trying to hold a thermometer simultaneously for hours! In fact . . . I am planning to purchase a second machine soon. I believe it will be helpful to stagger my batches and keep things moving along. Got to get ready for my Christmas order season! Love it!

This is absolutely NOT what we were expecting. It doesn't melt milk chocolate, nor does it really effectively melt and temper dark chocolate. There is not training manual or video anywhere to be found. It's basically a really expensive lightbulb with a bowl. Out of all purchases we have made for our bakery, this is the biggest regret.

This machine does a great job of holding a bowl of chocolate at a constant temperature while constantly stirring it. I use the "silk" method of tempering which so I really only need a constant temperature. I have a limited number of chocolate molds and fridge space - this machine helps a lot.
