Violet Essential Oil
Violet is one of my favorite scents. I was delighted to discover that it is available as an essential oil. None of the stores in our area carry it. The bottles came nicely boxed and shrink wrapped. They arrived well intact and were delivered quickly. This essential oil is potent (totally okay with me!). It smells as described with the spicy undertones. I started out with 5 drops in my diffuser, but just 2 to 3 drops is sufficient for me. That's nice since I think the two bottles will last through a lot of uses.

I like it!
This essential oil is pure and smells great! It’s rather expensive, but worth it!

Such a beautiful smell I love it.
It’s not like the violets I grew up smelling but it’s still a really sweet powdery candy like smell I love it.

good violet scent
For whatever reason, vendors are all over the map when it comes to creating an accurate violet scent. Some are just sweet and floral but not distinctive. This violet oil has that musky woodsy tang that makes violet distinct from other flower scents. It's not quite as pure of a violet scent as the best one - Sedbuwza. It has an odd, overly sweet, candylike tang that competes with the musk but as a second choice, it's good.

Not violet!
Smells nothing like violet. Very artificial. Disappointed.

Almost no scent
I love the smell of violets and was excited to have found a pure oil, but I was extremely disappointed as there is little to no scent, and what little there is does not smell of violets. I don’t know what this actually is and it’s not returnable.

I'm not expert but I believe this company is falsely advertising. I ordered violet, honeysuckle and lily of the valley. As far as I know, a quick way to see if an essential oil is real is to put one drop on a piece of paper. If it's real, the drop will dry in 30-45 minutes and will not leave any stain or residue. Each one of these oils stained the paper, it's like they didn't even dry at all. Aside from that they all smell horrible and gave me a headache. If you're a fragrance oil company advertise as such so we know what we're getting. Saves me the time of having to return it. I should have known better - the price is also too good to be true. I have a small thing of real violet oil from a trusted aromatherapist, 5ml cost me $30.00 and this violet oil from this company smells nothing like it.

It’s hard to find the scent it’s just so mild. You need to use a lot of it to get any sense worth noticing.

I like the product.

This does not smell like violets (viola odorata) at all. Instead, this substance has a perfumy, synthetic fragrance that is absolutely not 100% natural. Stay away.
