Will this work with the sim card from the t-mobile $50 plan/month for unlimited data (sim card and arcadyan gateway were obtained directly from TM)?

If you're referring to the T-Mobile Home Internet plan, I believe that SIM will only work in their provided router. However, T-Mobile does currently have a 100GB hotspot plan for $50/mo - that is the SIM I'm using in this router currently. However, you should be able to use the T-Mobile Home Internet plan in the Arcadyan gateway via the ethernet WAN interface on the Peplink router (that I've also tried and it works).

Does this work with verizon?

Can this be mounted inside a pelican case? If so is there a mounting bracket?

Does this support Bell Canada and other carriers in Canada?

The MAX BR1 Pro 5G (MAX-BR1-PRO-5GH-T-PRM) is globally compatible. The Canada Carrier mainly use N38, N66 for 5G network; while using B2, B4, B5, B7, B12, B13, B17, B29, and B66 for LTE.
