I use these round brushes every week in my watercolor class, especially the #4, #6, and #8. I really like their pointed tips which allow me to paint thin lines as well as wide, no matter which width I use. They hold lots of color (the #8 could almost be used in place of a mop, it holds so much paint), and clean up well. I haven't lost many bristles (only a few in the beginning, which is normal), and the brushes hold their shape. They are expensive if the brushes are bought separately, but this package is the best price you can get for these brushes.

They are very soft and hold a lot of water or paint. They have a sharp tip and they keep their shape. I think they are worth the price. I have good control once I get warmed up. The handle and where the feral meet is good and sturdy. They would be good for other media also.

I bought these brushes a couple of weeks ago and was really enjoying them as they were my first set of quality brushes. Unfortunately, when I got to the smallest brush it was a bit frayed/forked and would not paint a thin line. I could actually paint a thinner line with every other brush in the set. I emailed the Silver Brush company to explain the situation in the hopes of them sending me a replacement for the one brush, but no. I was instructed to return the whole product back to Amazon. This is not good customer service to me. I now have to decide if I want to reorder the same product or a different product. Either way, I will be without quality brushes for a while. Seriously, why wouldn't they just replace the one instead of me having to send back all seven brushes?

I have spent a LOT of money on brushes until I found these. They are perfect! They hold water well and allow for very detailed fork. It maintains it's point retention nicely.

I love these watercolor brushes. The bristles on smallest brush weren't fully cut so I cut them apart with a small blade. Although pricey I didn't feel like returning them so I cut them myself and it works fine.

these brushes are beautiful. it takes a little getting use to them because they do not have much snap and they hold quite a bit of water. But.... they are great for getting close to an edge. I have not used the larger brushes in the set yet, but I am sure they are as good as the small ones.

I ordered one 6 months ago and it ended up being my favorite brush, I ended up ordered more. I always grab these first and I have ALOT of brushes. I love the sharp point on these and after months of use ( I'm hard on brushes) the still have the sharp point. They hold alot of water, and they handle nicely. Amazon said it would take 5 to 10 days to get here the arrived in 2 from the seller. If I could give 10 stars I would. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these brushes.

Au vu des commentaires dithyrambiques sur ces pinceaux je m’attendais à mieux. Dès l’ouverture je constate que certains pinceaux ont des poils qui dépassent. Après leur lavage ces poils indisciplinés ne sont pas rentrés dans le rang et j’a du les couper. A l’application les petits pinceaux sont agréables à utiliser. Ils conservent bien l’eau et la couleur. Mais ils manquent de précision malgré leur bout qui reste bien pointu. Je suis loin d’être une experte mais ces pinceaux ne me semblent pas meilleurs que mes Raphaël ou mes Da vinci synthétiques deux fois moins chers. Ils sont fabriqués au Sri Lanka.

Ich hatte zuerst einen Silver Brush in Stärke 14, der sensationell gut ist. Nach der Erfahrung mit weiteren preiswerten Exemplaren habe ich diese nun ausgemustert und durch Silver Brush ersetzt. Billig kauft man immer zweimal. Die Silver Brush Pinsel halten die Form, nehmen viel Wasser und Farbe auf und halten eine präzise Spitze. Es ist eine Freude, mit ihnen zu malen. Uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung.

These brushes are very good quality. I am very impressed with the company when I contacted them in the US on their chat line. They explained that I could get these brushes on Amazon but at the time Amazon did not have any in stock. The girl I dealt with from Silver got back to me very quickly and arranged for Amazon’s stock to be replenished so I could order the brushes. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately one brush was damaged that I didn’t realize until later. Amazon came through with a solution but the company, Silver, would not help. I could not find the same person from the company to deal with this and the person I did get in touch with was not helpful

They hold so much water. If you wet the brush you can roll it back into a nice point. Love them
