Reacted with my skin and then there was a lot of burning.

Less sticky, peels more than other brands I've used. Not as sturdy as feels thinner.

Tips: -This K TAPE is a synthetic brand which has a better hold and more/different layers integrated into the weave which gives a better support/hold. -Make sure that you do clean your skin prior to application, an alcohol pad will help remove any skin oils to help improve the adhesion of the tape. -If you have sensitive skin (or want to keep the tape in place longer) please look into purchasing skin prep to be used under this tape-after you alcohol swab the skin. It is easily found on amazon by searching skin prep (smith and nephew have best product). Skin prep will put a very thin protective silicon layer between your skin and the tape which protects your skin as well as improving the hold of the tape. (I was able to get an extra day or two out of it with this) -To remove tape put some baby oil on a cotton ball and start to peel the end the tape back then place the cotton ball on the skin and rub as you're pulling the K TAPE away from your skin slowly. This will easily help the tape remove and not damage skin as badly, the oil helps dissolve the bond to your skin. -Theraband has hexagon imprints which work perfectly for you to gauge the amount of stretch you are using when applying this tape. This is important as there are different qualities with different stretches. -There are thousands of videos out there on the application of this tape, typically research the company name and the joint or muscle/tendon you are trying to stabilize and they will pop up. This tape is AMAZING. I have already purchased a second and third time. Love that you can see easily how much you are stretching it, and its adhesion time compared to other brands is far superior! This stuff was definitely as expected. If you've used kinesiology tape before you know what it's like. But you definitely need to remove with alcohol adhesive is very sticky. But it's definitely a great option especially for the price
