5 Star Series Cordless Legend Clipper, High-Performance Hair Cutting Tool with 100-Minute Run Time, Lithium Ion

I have been cutting my hair, family member’s and friend’s hair for over 37 years and this is bar none the best clippers I have ever used! The mobility I have by it being wireless is my favorite part of this clipper! The clipper is Sharp and it has stayed sharp! I travel every 4-8 weeks for work and the size of the clipper is perfect, I take it every where with me!! Overall it works well and I recommend highly to others!

I've used several home hair-cutting devices over the years, and they all fail when the plastic combs deteriorate or crack, probably due to age. Likewise, the battery endurance gradually fades. Not so with my Wahl. Yes, it's a few ounce heavier than my previous ones, but I like that quality feel from a manufacturer that is well-known. AND, the plastic combs that clip to the cutting head are reinforced with a METAL clip, so there's no danger of the comb disintegrating over the years. The fact that it's both battery powered AND electrical/line powered made this a great choice for me. I haven't gotten a real "barber trim" since 2011, so I've generally mastered the "selfie" trim.

I'm a professional barber with 7+ years experience. Never in my time cutting hair have I had a clipper break during use like this. The plastic that holds the fixed blade to the clipper broke when I turned it on and basically flung apart during a service with a client. (Hair in picture is residual from the current haircut I was on when they broke apart. I constantly maintenance my tools.) Thank goodness it didn't happen next to their head but this is unacceptable. Long time fan of Wahl clippers but quality control has went out the window the last few years. A fellow barber in the shop I work at had the same exact part break with his Magic Clips. I'd like a replacement but it seems I'm outside of the return window. Pay the extra money and get the Seniors with the metal casing instead so you don't run into issues with this cheap plastic like I did.

I needed a second Clipper because I was growing tired of carrying all my tools from one location to another, (i work at two different shops as a stylist). I was pleasantly suprised to discover these clippers online at amazon for a cheaper price than it was listed at CosmoProf. Natually.. I ordered on here. Great Clippers. I use them at The barbershop and they get the job done. When the battery starts to die, I just use them corded. I havent calculated the battery life with my usage, however it gets me thru several haircuts.
