MegaGear Ever Ready Leather Camera Half Case and Strap Compatible with Fujifilm X-T30, X-T20, X-T10

I love this for my fujifilm. It fits well and makes the camera feel sturdier while still looking sleek and nice.

I purchased this unit this morning at 10 AM and had in hand by 5PM, the same day! Originally I had purchased the unit that wrapped completely around the camera and then just "hung' there when you removed the cover, no good, that unit didn't fit well and did not work for me so I went w/ this one. There is NO strap so you have to use the strap that comes with the camera which might be a problem if you purchase the brown or tan colored case. Overall I believe this unit should serve my needs very well. I'm using this case with a Fuji X-T20 and it fits very well.

I rarely write reviews but with camera accessories I read and trust in them so wholeheartedly that I want to leave a short, hopefully useful, review for this product. I have had at least one other MegaGear half case/case before for a nice Sigma camera and actually much preferred the build quality and craftsmanship of that one over this one. Main gripe.... when using a tripod you really must remove the half case entirely. Otherwise the screws get stuck together and its a big mess involving a wrench and screwdriver. Certainly not the end of the world and it will not ruin anything but its definitely not cool. Nicer cases you don't need to do this. I shoot a lot at night and astro stuff so this kinda sucks. To shoot you straight. This is not a nice quality case/half case by any means. It will look nice to anyone around you. It will also protect the bottom half of your camera in case it happens to fall just right. For the price though this product is probably worth it for certain. It really depends what you are looking for and how much you care about/intend to use your camera. For a camera that sits on the shelf mostly and is used on vacation twice a year, this is your case! For a daily or weekly camera user this will not suffice. I fall into the latter category and had 8.5/10 luck with my last MegaGear case so I gave this a try. I am actually sending it back because of the tripod issue that I just cannot afford to deal with. So, 4/5 Stars for the normal user. 1/5 Stars for a daily user. Build quality it just fine, for a $15 case. Really do not expect anything more. On that note, it fits the camera very snugly and the battery flap is great and works great! It truly deserves 4/5 Stars for the right consumer. Cheers

Perfectly fits the Fujifilm X30II. Feels high quality and sturdy!

The fact that it's advertised as a multi-fit should have been a tip-off. XT20 and XT30 are about a half-centimeter different in depth, for one thing; and that's significant. It is snug front-to-back, won't screw down all the way, and the little grippy part at the front doesn't really wrap around the camera. Nicely made, but so what? Might fit something other than XT 30; in fact, it probably is made for one of the others named.

I really wanted to like this product because I love the dark brown color case and aesthetic, but it wouldn’t fit on my X-T30 II (should be same build as XT-30). I tried several times, even scratching my new camera trying to get the screw to align.

Brief: Hard plastic “leather” with decent build quality, however, it ISS lower priced, comes packaged well, and delivered quickly. A bit disappointed and lost excitement, nonetheless, when I found that the case DOES NOT fit a Xt30ii as perfectly as would have hoped. Grip depth/shape doesn’t match and in addition, because of the grip being slightly off, the base plate’s screw-tripod mount location was skewed, barely matched the xt30ii’s . I had to put in some work to shape the leather so that the base could align and the screw go in.. Moisturized the leather with wonder balsam, slowly heated it up and shaped to the grip and left side of body. The screw was then more aligned to be able to screw in and stay snug. (Images show before, straight out of box, and after alittle bit of adjusting.) Hope it lasts.. good aesthetic and price, so that’s what matters for me for now. Maybe a defective unit.. Sorry MegaGear, not a 5 star this time.

I purchased the black leather half case for my Fujifilm X-T20. The half case makes it easier to grip the camera, which is somewhat small on its own. The leather is easy to grip and not slippery. Installation was simple, and a snap-button opening makes accessing the battery easy. The black case also looks fantastic with the silver X-T20. Note that I would not use this as the primary case for your camera. When transporting the camera, I use the MegaGear Neoprene Camera Case, which fits over this leather half case (quite snugly, but it does fit with the standard 18-55 lens), and sometimes an Ape Case.
